
Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand last-minute emergencies pop-up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require a minimum of 72 hours. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
RESCHEDULING/OR CANCELLATION
Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 72 hours from appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee (and/or your deposit will be forfeited). Clients who no-show without notice or Cancel/Reschedule within 24 hours of appointment start time will be charged 100% of the appointment fee (and/or your $50 deposit fee will be forfeited).
LATE ARRIVALS, NO SHOW - NO EXCEPTION
No show or late arrivals (15 minutes and more) or cancelations in less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of service NO EXCEPTIONS.
TO BOOK next appointment, you will be asked to prepay full-service fee.
If you do not show up or cancel your follow up appointment you are responsible to pay full fee.
A credit card on file and non-refundable deposit of $50 for all clients will be required at the time of booking and credit card will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly.
Deposits are non-refundable. So please do not book an appointment if you don’t plan on showing up. There will be no refunds. You will void your non-refundable deposit if you cancel your appointment in totality (regardless if it’s within a timeframe). You can transfer your deposit to another appointment slot only if it falls within the cancellation policy of 72 hour advance notice). Otherwise your non-refundable deposit fee is forfeit and will not be refunded.
